脊髓Ⅱ号对大鼠损伤脊髓轴浆运输的影响 总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11
选取24只Wistar大白鼠,将其中18只制成胸髓右半侧横断损伤的大鼠模型,分别以脊髓Ⅱ号方剂、激素、生理盐水灌喂治疗。未造模的6只大鼠作为正常组,常规喂养。一个月后,注入辣根过氧化物酶(HRP),检测路经损伤区的上下行神经传导束始发核团中的标记细胞。发现脊髓Ⅱ号组HRP标记细胞数明显多于另两组,而与正常大鼠相比没有统计学上的显著差异。说明脊髓Ⅱ号方剂在恢复损伤传导来神经纤维的正常连续性,恢复神经元轴浆运输,促进神经细胞修复再生方面,有显著的效应。 相似文献

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is difficult to cure. Many methods have been used for its treatment, among which traditional Chinese
medicine (TCM) has been considered as an important strategy. All of the three parts of TCM: Chinese herbs, acupuncture, and
massage have been reported with varying degrees of therapeutic effects on RA. Also the mechanism exploration is under process.
Many effective ingredients of anti-rheumatic Chinese herbs have been found to inhibit RA development and some of the effective
ingredients have been verified. Furthermore, greatly enhanced life quality of RA patients was obtained using acupuncture and
massage to relieve pain, expand joint motion and modulate emotion which mainly correlated with the possible modulation of
immune system, nerve system, endocrine system, etc. Thus, a systemic review on the therapeutic effect of TCM on RA is necessary.
In our paper, the current status of TCM application in the clinic for the therapy of RA was summarized accompanied with the

目的探讨刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠的影响。方法将72只15周龄SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、尼尔雌醇组及刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物高、中、低剂量组,每组12只。空白组行假手术,其余5组行卵巢切除术,术后用药12周后处死,测定右侧股骨骨密度、骨矿含量、血清雌二醇、碱性磷酸酶含量及子宫湿重。结果与模型组比较,刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物高、中、低剂量组、尼尔雌醇组能对抗骨密度、骨矿含量、血清雌二醇的下降、血清碱性磷酸酶的升高(P〈0.05),对抗子宫指数的减轻(P〈0.05)。结论刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物可以改善骨质量,抑制大鼠去卵巢骨质疏松的发生,具有类雌激素的效应。 相似文献

BackgroundSophora flavescens AITON (Leguminosae) is a typical traditional Korean medical herb considered to exhibit antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects, and is also used for the treatment of skin and mucosal ulcers, sores, diarrhea, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, arrhythmia, and eczema.Objective and designThis study examined the inhibitory effects of sophoraflavanone G (SF) of S. flavescens on the bacterial fibrillar protein, Antigen I/II (AgI/II)-N recombinant protein isolated from Streptococcus mutans(rAg I/II)-induced production of nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2). The investigation was focused on whether SF could inhibit the production of proinflammatory mediators such as nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin (PG) E2 as well as the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase (COX)-2, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-a, interleukin (IL)-6, nuclear factor (NF)-κB and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) in rAgI/II-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells using Griess reagent, Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and Western blotting analysis.ResultsSG significantly inhibited the production of NO and PGE2 and pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor α in Ag I/II-N-stimulated RAW264.7 cells, which were mediated by the down-regulation of inducible NO synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression. The SF inhibited the phosphorylation of IκB-α, nuclear translocation of p65, and subsequent activation of NF- κB in the rAgI/II-stimulated cells. In addition, the SF suppressed the rAgI/II-stimulated activation of ERK MAPK as well as the MAPK inhibitor significantly reduced the rAgI/II-induced production of NO and PGE2.ConclusionCollectively, we suggest that the SF inhibits the expression and production of inflammatory mediators by blocking the ERK MAPK mediated pathway and inhibiting the activation of NF-κB. 相似文献

正常足与拇外翻足前足承重比例与跖骨头下压力的研究 总被引:4,自引:4,他引:0
目的 从生物力学角度探讨外翻足承重比例及跖骨头下压力的改变情况。方法将测试对象分为正常组(160足)、轻中度(足母)外翻组(100足)、重度(足母)外翻组(56足)三组,运用我所生物力学室研制的足底压力测试系统,对正常足与(足母)外翻足足底压力进行测试,并将结果进行统计分析。结果 轻中度(足母)外翻足前足承重比例较正常足增加,重度(足母)外翻足前足承重比例介于正常足与轻中度(足母)外翻足之间。(足母)外翻足存在着前足压力外移的趋势,这种改变和畸形的程度相关。结论 从生物力学角度证明,(足母)外翻前足承重比例及各跖骨头下压力的变化随(足母)外翻畸形程度增加出现不同程度的变化。 相似文献

弹性外固定和负重治疗胫骨骨不连临床观察 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
采用穿针外固定,配合患肢负重功能锻炼治疗胫骨骨不连22例。其中,10例增殖型,12例萎缩型。究其原因,11例为内固定不良,4例为石膏、2例为自制夹板固定而达不到固定效果,5例为骨端感染所致。治疗经过87~189天,平均103天,19例在6个月内愈合,3例效果欠佳。疗效分析认为:骨不连主要由于不良治疗过分干扰骨折自然愈合过程,骨生长能力受到限制所致,弹性外固定可改善骨折端稳定性,提供弹性和间断生理压应力,不限制功能锻炼中肌泵的供血作用,有利于骨端生长能力的恢复。 相似文献
